Tether has made its letters to the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs and the U.S. House Financial Services Committee public.

In these letters, the USDT issuer underscores its dedication to security and close collaboration with law enforcement agencies.

Tether asserts that it has played a crucial role in assisting the Department of Justice in freezing 326 wallets controlling 435 million USDT to date.

Paolo Ardoino, Tether’s CTO, revealed that they have recently onboarded the United States Secret Service into their platform and are in the process of doing the same for the FBI.
