The global consulting company, Deloitte, has embraced artificial
intelligence to streamline its employee management processes. This
advanced technology is designed to evaluate individual skills, enabling
tailored plans for optimal workforce allocation across diverse
departments.
“It is obviously a great objective to be able to avoid large swings of
hirings and layoffs,” said Stevan Rolls, global chief talent officer at
Deloitte.
This initiative comes in response to Deloitte's recent recruitment of
over 130,000 new employees and the need for strategic personnel
adjustments amid a shifting economic landscape. Beyond addressing
current challenges, the company aims to sustain its robust hiring trend.
