Tether, the cryptocurrency company, has announced a strategic partnership with the decentralized bridge, rhino.fi, aimed at boosting and improving user engagement with the USDT stablecoin. This move signifies the company's intention to broaden the reach and utility of tokens across various blockchain platforms.

“This long-term collaboration will further extend the presence of USDT in the DeFi space across multiple chains,” stated Will Harborne, CEO of rhino.fi.

This fresh pact is expected to enhance liquidity and reduce transaction fees for regular users. At present, rhino.fi facilitates the exchange of the stablecoin across several blockchain systems, including Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync, and StarkNet, among others. Looking ahead, the project also intends to integrate support for Tron, Base, and Solana.
