⚡ SEC Seeks Summary Judgment in Lawsuit Against Do Kwon

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is urging a New York judge
to reach a verdict in its lawsuit against Terraform Labs and co-founder
Do Kwon without the need for a full trial.
In
a motion filed yesterday, the SEC asserted that the evidence supporting
the defendantsβ violations is βclear, undisputed, and overwhelming,β
and therefore, the court should rule in favor of the SEC.
