🔥 Robinhood Rekindles Global Ambitions

Company’s CEO Vladimir Tenev affirmed
the company’s commitment to its global aspirations, with the UK
expansion serving as a strategic move in that direction.
“The
intention is, for the U.K. market, Robinhood to be the best place to
invest U.S. stocks, U.S. dollars, and we believe we can fill that need
better than anyone else,” Tenev says.
Notably, Robinhood had previously attempted to launch its trading app in the UK in 2019 but postponed its global expansion plans indefinitely in 2020.
