Origin Protocol is ready for a price war with NFT platforms
The Origin Protocol community has voted to reduce transaction fees over the next 3 months. The company wants to compete with platforms that have significantly reduced their respective commissions and author fees. For example, Blur introduced zero transaction fees and reduced royalties to 0.5%.
At the same time, Origin Protocol wants to further develop its own OGN staking program. Therefore, the Origin Protocol community has also introduced a vote to change the tokenomics, which involves the redistribution of ETH and OGN to increase the APY for stakers.
