Back in 2018, when Uniswap's founder, Hayden Adams, rolled out the HayCoin tokens for a platform trial, little did anyone anticipate their meteoric rise. The recent destruction of 99.99% of these tokens by Adams has pushed their price to an astounding $2.5 million.
Previously, a subset of users had been engaged in trading these tokens, leveraging small trading pools established by Adams, buoyed by the project's historical significance.
Amidst the buzz, however, doubt has been cast on Adams' intentions. There's chatter that he may have reaped benefits from the project well ahead of the public token incineration. Yet, Adams stands resolute against such claims.
