The investment bank now anticipates a decrease in the interest rate in the third quarter of 2024, ahead of its initial year-end prediction. This expected change could lead to a twice-a-year cut, potentially lowering the rate to 4.875%.
The upcoming U.S. inflation data for November is set to be revealed tomorrow, December 12. Following this, on December 13, the Fed will announce its decision regarding the interest rate.
