Yuga Labs' Book Celebrates CryptoPunks' 6th Anniversary
The creators of CryptoPunks, are crafting an immersive book that will detail each of the 10,000 Ethereum avatars, pixel by pixel. Set to release in Fall 2023, the book aims to showcase the artwork of CryptoPunks and their profound impact since their inception.
This book is not just a documentation of the Punks, but an opportunity to capture and shape the evolving culture surrounding them in real-time. Yuga Labs, in collaboration with artists, technologists, curators, and the CryptoPunks community, envisions it as an all-in-one DIY user manual, archive, and catalogue raisonné.
Yuga Labs has also expressed their commitment to transparency and community involvement throughout the book’s creation process. They intend to share insights into the making of the book and actively incorporate direct input from the community.
In addition, the book will feature “untold stories” related to the project, drawing from content sourced from the official CryptoPunks Discord and Twitter platforms.
