Starknet expands its ecosystem
Starknet has announced the establishment of five committees, with one committee responsible for the network's token, STRK. Specifically, STRK will be utilized as a staking token for participation in the consensus mechanism and as a gas token for the payment of transaction fees.
The remaining four committees will focus on:
- Developing partnerships with developers;
- Integrating new members into the community;
- Creating grants for early adopters;
- Management and voting.
Today marks the first voting event and the start of the application process for grants.
