Sotheby's to hold its first NFT auction in the metaverse
Sotheby's and Paris Blockchain Week, in partnership with RLTY World, are preparing for a joint metaverse NFT auction. The event is called the Oddly Satisfying Sale.
This auction will take place in the RLTY World metaverse, but offline attendance will also be possible. It is anticipated that 66 NFT works by famous artists will be auctioned, including works by Beeple, Julien Rivoire, and Brinkman, among others.
