Warner Music has teamed up with Polygon to create music NFTs

Polygon's latest tweet might mark the beginning of a new era in the music industry. Back in September, Warner Music signed a partnership agreement with OpenSea to expand Web3 capabilities for their artists and enable them to sell their artwork as NFTs. And now Warner Music has stepped up its vision to digitize music, by partnering with Polygon on the creation of the LGND Music platform.

What is LGND Music?

LGND Music is a music platform that benefits both artists and their fans.

LGND technology allows artists for actual ownership over music, which fans can buy, sell, trade, and collect 24/7.

It can also be used to sell tickets, earn rewards on the platform, and give exclusive access to the most dedicated fans. Artists need a platform to interact directly with their audience, with the opportunity to capitalize on their art.
