Today marks the big battle between Grayscale and the SEC! Grayscale's hearing on the SEC's rejection of its Bitcoin ETF application will take place at 10:00 a.m. ET in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

To recap, Grayscale's application to transform the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) into an ETF was rejected in June 2022. SEC believes that the updated format does not comply with fraud prevention and investor protection standards.
Along with Grayscale, SkyBridge Capital, Valkyrie Investments Inc, and Fidelity FMR LLC have fallen out of favor with the regulator.
