Building on the success of last year's TEAMZ WEB3 SUMMIT, which became a key convergence point for Japan's Web3 community, this year's event shifts its focus towards artificial intelligence, exploring the fruitful intersection between AI and Web3.

The application of blockchain technology to AI training data and the use of AI data analysis in DeFi's lending protocols are just a few of the possibilities. The Summit will serve as a platform to maximize the synergy between these two technologies,β TEAMZ, Inc. explains.
The organizers believe Web3 is pivotal for propelling Japan's economic advancement, supported by the government's active role in fostering tech innovation. For example, in autumn 2022, Japan's Digital Agency established a group dedicated to Web3 research, ensuring a regulatory environment conducive to Web3 entrepreneurial ventures.
Japan's rich production of original content like anime, manga, and video games, which holds worldwide appeal, stands to gain from Web3's capability for wider content dissemination, including through NFTs.
These factors are fueling interest in the TEAMZ WEB3 / AI SUMMIT 2024, expected to draw more than 5,000 participants. The event will host a mix of B2B and B2C sessions with about 120 speakers.
